Micheal has graduated with a BB in culinary arts & Graduate entrepreneurship program (GMIT) & has a Diploma in Diet & Nutrition.

Micheal’s passion lies in the food industry, cooking since the early age of 15 he has always had a keen eye for detail & a heart for tasty food. He has worked locally throughout Galway, to working in a Michelin star establishment in London & further a field in San Francisco. Through years of experience on the field combined with a BB culinary arts degree Micheal developed a huge range of skills and decided it was time to put them to great use for himself.
